Shipping Policy

 

Normal shipping times range from 8 to 15 business days after your order is issued. Please give the processing and delivery of your order 2 to 4 business days.

 

Typically, you can count on getting your tracking details a day or two after the product has been shipped. A tracking number can be viewed after the item has been delivered. You will need to start the ordering process afresh if you want your order delivered to a different address than the one you provided during checkout. We take no responsibility if the address you provide is incorrect or cannot be contacted.

 

We are currently unable to send to Alaska, Hawaii, or military APO/FPO locations. Since orders placed with a PO Box mailing address will be canceled, a physical location is required.

 

We were unable to provide a tracking number for a handful of things. Just let us know if you haven’t received your package, and we’ll either keep hunting for it or issue a refund.
